Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to makeup and hair services provided by Dollface Darlings to you. Upon booking a makeup and/or hair appointment with Dollface Darlings and its sub-contractors or affiliates, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Making a booking

Booking a makeup and/ or hair appointment can be made up to 1 day before if places are still available. Bookings are fully secure upon email confirmation of payment of a 50% deposit.

Payment

Once a deposit has been received to the nominated account, an invoice will be sent to your email. Payment types include bank transfer and cash, of which both IDR and USD are accepted. The remaining balance stated is to be finalized the week before, if paying via bank transfer or day of your booking, if paying with cash. If the preferred currency is IDR then the conversion rate of the date of payment will be used. If the final balance is to be paid via bank transfer then you are required to email info@dollfacedarlings.com a payment receipt provided to you by your bank.

Changes to a booking

After the deposit has been paid a reduction in the number of services booked is allowed. However changes must me made at least 1 month before the date of the wedding. All changes made after this date will be charged at 50% the original price. An increase in numbers can be done before or on the day of the wedding as long as there is enough staff and time to accommodate the request.

Cancelled bookings

If the cancellation is made by the client then the 50% deposit is charged as a cancellation fee. If Dollface Darlings makes the cancellation then a full refund of the deposit will be issued. An option of another makeup artist and hairstylist will also be offered to honor the booking. The makeup artist and hairstylist will have a similar background and level of experience.

Travel

Travel Fee is applicable when traveling to locations more the 30 minutes outside of the Seminyak and Canggu area. This fee will be calculated upon request.

Personal Information

Dollface Darlings requires information on whether the client has allergies or sensitive skin. In no event shall Dollface Darlings have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterised, for example eczema, sensitive skin and eyes.

Photographs

Dollface Darlings reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of our make-up applications, and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes - but only with consent.
